As a Senior Registered Nurse with a robust background in Paediatric and Adult Emergency care, I’ve honed my expertise through years of experience in a prestigious tertiary hospital in Sydney. Over five years ago, I transitioned into an education-focused role, specialising in curriculum development. I have had the privilege of instructing postgraduate programs and serving as a dedicated trainer for diverse healthcare professionals, including those in general practice, dentistry, and allied health.
In my most recent role as a hospital manager, I’ve overseen critical aspects of safety and quality, spearheaded projects, and contributed to significant redevelopment initiatives. Throughout my journey, my passion remains steadfast: to mentor and support nurses as they navigate their careers. Join me in this fulfilling journey of growth and development as we shape the future of healthcare together.

As an accomplished senior registered nurse, I serve as a University Lecturer and Trauma Clinical Nurse Consultant. Notable experience encompasses curriculum development, leadership, and training complemented by advanced adult, paediatric, and trauma certifications. Having worked in the USA and Australia, I have a strong foundation of skills and knowledge. With over 20 years of experience and a leadership role in a tertiary hospital in Sydney alongside my academic duties, I believe I am well-equipped to support and mentor international healthcare professionals. My passion lies in fostering a solid educational foundation that will assist future healthcare professionals.
